Review of Stolen Time, St Lucia 🇱🇨
Adults-only, 4-star, all-inclusive resort
We visited Stolen Time in August 2025 as part of our honeymoon adventure, as well as Miami and the Florida Keys.

It was incredibly tough decision choosing which all-inclusive hotel to spend your hard earned cash at, and we spent a good few weeks deciding between Stolen Time and one of the Sandals hotels.

Gorgeous modern rooms
Our deciding factor was simply that Sandals is a chain and StolenTime is a boutique locally owned hotel. That was it. And we were so happy with our decision. We had the most beautiful time at this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough.
Now, let's get into the specifics...
Rooms
The rooms at StolenTime are no doubt outdated. The decor is giving early 2000s but honestly, it didn't bother us AT ALL. We barely spent any time in the room but the soft furnishings were extremely comfy (the bed was incredible), the shower was great, and the room was spotless.

Staff
From the minute we arrived at StolenTime, the staff were absolutely fantastic. The gentleman that greeted us at the front of the hotel was so kind and he immediately offered us a glass of Prosecco and took our bags straight to our room. He showed us around the hotel and took us straight for an afternoon snack at Malabar Beach Bar.

The concierge staff were incredible the entire time. No question was silly and you could tell instantly that the hotel respects it's staff because they all wanted to actually be at work.
Honeymooners
As honeymooners, we were given a free room upgrade, a bottle of Prosecco in the room, and a free 30 minute massage at the spa.

We aren't sure if the free room upgrade was as a result of being in the hotel in the off-season, particularly as the hotel was at 30% capacity. However, it made the whole trip just that extra special. If you go in peak season, perhaps don't expect the upgrade!

Facilities, Activities and Beach
The facilities and activities at StolenTime are hard to match and beat. There is a decent gym and fitness centre, tennis courts and pickle ball courts (American game), a beautiful spa, and of course, lots of watersports at no extra cost. You can rent a kayak and really go quite far!

There is some day time entertainment which the incredible activity coordinators facilitate all day. From volleyball competitions, water volleyball, aqua aerobics, sunrise yoga and archery to silly fun games on the beach like ring toss and bean bag toss. Everybody was getting involved! They also organise group walks to the town centre too. Huge shout out to Denzel and Nicky (West's favourite). They made our stay just that extra bit fun and special. Particularly the dancing and poker playing!

The beaches in St Lucia are mandated as all public, which means that the StolenTime beach shares its shores with the locals, just like any other hotel would. The locals are not nuisances and actually added to our experience. It was incredibly special to see the locals enjoying their own country's shores.

THE BEACH
Food
There are a total of 3 restaurants at StolenTime. The main restaurant which is mostly buffet style for breakfast and lunch, a la carte service for dinner with an occasional buffet dinner. Malabar Beach Bar, which is a beautiful restaurant open for lunch and dinner some nights of the week (off-season). This restaurant also opens in the afternoon for a light bite. The French restaurant, which serves divine French inspired food. Both Malabar and the French restaurant require bookings for the evening to be made in the concierge.

The food I (Emmy) thought was absolutely fantastic and delicious. West thought it was average, but that mostly is due to the fact that properly served food isn't really his vibe. Give this man some dim sum or some street food any day of the week! The chefs are well trained and the St Lucian fish was divine.

At no point neither of us went hungry (and West eats 3000-4000 calories a day!).
Drinks
As with any all-inclusive hotel, the cocktails are not going to be top tier. The bartenders use local rums and spirits and you can grab a decent frozen cocktail from either the main bar or the swim up bar. We are cocktail snobs so of course we weren't blown away!

On West's birthday, word got out that he was turning 26 and the bartenders brought him over a birthday cocktail. It was so delicious!

There is a champagne bar which opens for 90 minutes before dinner some days of the week and they served proper Moet! It was a nice surprise when we noticed.

WEST'S BIRTHDAY COCKTAIL
Overall, our stay at StolenTime was nothing short of incredible. We had the most wonderful time and we are sure you will too. It's important to note that although this was our first all-inclusive experience as a couple, we have explored over 40 countries together and generally prefer a luxury stay.

Thank you so much to StolenTime for making our honeymoon incredible!
