ABOUT US
Hello!
Our names are West and Emmy Santisook and we love to sightsee (hence the name)!
We are a young married couple from the UK and we have immense wanderlust which has grown exponentially over recent years so we travel as often as we can (whenever we get the time off work). Our wanderlust is so strong that any time we see someone on instagram is on holiday, we ask to see the travel pics!
To date, we have touched down in 38 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas - which equates to 19% of the world. That means there is over 80% left to see and we are on a mission...
For all of the years we have been together, one of us has been an earner and the other has been studying or job-seeking. Meaning that most of our travelling has been relatively local and on a budget. We now have full-on careers in HR and healthcare, so we only get 5-6 weeks of travelling a year but boy do we make it stretch!
Unfortunately, we are not backpackers and do like to travel in style (well, with a suitcase and a hotel at the very least!), so don't worry, all of our content is friendly for all sorts of travellers.
Planning a trip can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Through this website, we share everything we have learned so far with you. Get travel tips, find unique destinations and detailed itineraries. There is so much of this beautiful world to see outside of the classic holiday destinations.

How long have you been running this website?
Officially, since September 2025 but the travel writing and main bulk of website creation took place from April 2024.
How often do you update the site?
Every chance we get! We are constantly updating and improving the site. We both work full-time but we love this website and a lot of blood, sweat and tears has gone into it - so yes, lots of itineraries and pages are added often.
Where are you next travelling to?
We have just come back from a spectacular 2.5 week trip to America for our honeymoon and are on our best behaviour saving up for 2026 travel. More Balkan countries and Thailand is on our agenda for next year... stay tuned!
