CLASSIC DAIQUIRI IN RIDDLE BAR
Riddle Bar

Riddle Bar is a wonderful speakeasy slap bang in the heart of the bohemian quarter. The bar is not so secret so don't be fooled - it is not a discrete door with a door number 9 on it, that really is an apartment block. The bar is located to the left, next to a pop up bar (as of September 2024).

You have the choice of being seated inside or outside, depending on your preference. We decided to drink outside as it was very smokey at the time and we are non-smokers (Serbia still allows smoking inside).

Riddle Bar do not have a menu so you have to describe your tastes to the bartender who then makes you your perfect drink. This is awesome as every drink you have is tailored to you and you get to try tastes and flavours you might not typically have.

Drinks are priced between 800-1100RSD (£6.83-£9.40)

The experience was nothing short of 10/10. Give it a go.

Belgrade Cocktail Club

Belgrade Cocktail Club is a gorgeous speakeasy in the centre of town where you really do have to find it. Without this guide or looking on Google, you really wouldn't know it was there. There is a small plaque on the door to symbolise the bar and you have to ring the doorbell to be let in.

The bar is quite small with only two tables (one that sits 2 and another that sits 4) and around 10 bar seats - the perfect intimate setting. The vibe is completely relaxed with attentive bartenders that want to hear all about your travels and favourite drinks. You can ring the bar to book a table and if you've been once, you can ask for the business card of your bartender who will book you in directly for your next visit. ​

They have a menu for inspiration but prefer to cater to your requests. Drinks are priced between 800-1100RSD (£6.83-£9.40) and you'd truly pay £16 for them in the U.K.

Absolutely fantastic experience. In our opinion, the best bar in Belgrade.
